Our skilled technical staff can quickly diagnose your PC problems for $39.99. Most support issues are resolved in 48 hours! We repair all name brand PC computers as well as our own Journey Systems™ brand.
TIME BLOCK.
At 7200RPM a typical hard drive will spin nearly 7.8 million times in a single day. When you think about that and compare it to the wheels on your car you have to believe that hard drives are fairly impressive little machines, but like all machines they will break and you know when that’s going to happen… when you need it the most. Journey Systems is offering a support solution for your company or even your household budget. Starting at $550 per year Journey Systems™ will troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with almost any PC system. Our trained technicians will also provide guidance and suggestions regarding extending the life of your computer equipment and also guide you through any pre-purchase research you are conducting. Servicing your computers and network can be very costly to home users, and especially for businesses. If a problem arises chances are it could take hours to fix. With our Time Block agreements we provide you a discount on our onsite service in exchange for payment up front. We offer Time Blocks of 5 hours giving you a savings of $50 over our standard onsite rate. You may also buy a Time Block as large as 30 hours. That's a savings of $1200.
