OUR WARRANTY IN A NUTSHELL Journey Systems, LLC. Warranty in a nutshell! Journey Systems™ computers from the high-end servers and custom computers come with a full three-year hardware warranty, (This is excluding our Quest PC line and notebooks). Our Quest line carries a 1 year parts and labor warranty. All notebook computers come with a 1 year hardware and 3 year labor warranty. Extended warranties are available on all notebook and Quest computers. All repairs are done on site in the Journey Systems Repair center.

For Journey Systems™ computer that are out of the Cincinnati area with warrantable issues, we will pay ground shipping on your computer from your location to our Repair Center and back to you!
